Judging:Tenth Annual Art Exhibit of the National Arts Program

I had some fun this morning at the Elizabethtown Gas Company.  Along with artists Kirsten Sejda and Daniel Sroka, I enjoyed looking at some interesting art.  The three of us conferred and selected winners for the Union County  Employees and Their Families exhibit.

“Judging” art is always a thorny task, but I can tell you honestly that I’m really pleased with how much thought and care went into the selection process. Thanks to my fellow artists, judges, and to Libby Reid, who did a great job organizing this prelude to the exhibit reception.

Congratulations not only to the winners but to everyone who entered.  The opportunity to have your work displayed is an award in itself.  I hope that all of this year’s participants will enter work next year and for years to come.
