It brings to mind “The Phantom Tollbooth” or “A Wrinkle in Time”, two of my favourite childhood books.
Favorites of mine also.
I was enjoying the abstract pattern so much ( the gradation of warm tones, the gentle rhythmic movement etc) I had to pull myself together to find the face!
This one is a little more removed from the figurative. Thank you Louis~
