Part 3: The Woodpile
Cath’s original photo casts a spell of the sanctified. My figures are paying homage.
This is the final piece from me, in collaboration with Cath at Settle and Chase. Hope you enjoyed the images as much as we enjoyed making them.
The results of this collaborative work are fascinating.
Thanks both for giving us such a valuable lesson about how to blend the creativity of two artists of the most diverse styles and profiles.
I hope that this can be an example that could be emulated by other artists.
Thank you Marcelo. A rewarding experience for sure.
Amazing!
Thanks much!
Great work Elena. These children are like dancing flames.

Very very beautiful painting you created it.

Have a wonderful day, dear Elena! Big hugs, much love, Stefania! 🙂
You’re a sweetie Stefania, thank you!
These bird children remind me if the bird children described in James Patterson’s book series, “Maximum Ride.” Are you familiar with them?
I’m not, have to look into them.
More spookiness! I’m going to have to stop visiting at night. 😉 They are so wonderfully wistful and ghostly.
🙂

I love to 🙂
Have a good day, Elena!
Lovely, so delicate and atmospheric – I see woodsmoke too. I realised I had missed the previous two, and just found them, they make a lovely series, the enigmaticness (if there is such a word!) makes you look again.
Thanks so much for your thoughtful comments Anna. Much appreciated.
fire faeries .. I for one am sorry that this is the last one..
Thank you Helen
Elena, love it, love it, love it!!! In fact to me it looks like smoke figures rising from burning bush.
Interesting interpretation! Thanks so much.
These collaborations would look so good in a book. I really think your two ways of working complement each other beautifully. There’s an intensity to this one I like very much.
Thanks much Richard:)
Another day, another mood and again a fascinating interpretation. This has been a highly successful venture.
