Delightful whimsy. 😀
Thank you!
I love the weirdies!
🙂 Thanks Sandee!
absolutely magical … wow
Thank you Stacy!
This is enchanting Elena, the clever little gold and blue lines and dots add to its charm. The little weirdies seem life-like with their human-ish animation. Very cool scene!
Thanks much Mary!
Wonderfully, dream-like, picture!
I really love it.
Thanks very much:)
These look like they would make great characters for a childrens’ book.,
Thank you! Now I’ve just got to get someone to write it;)
I so love your imagination!
You’re a sweetie Robin. Thank you!:)
An enchanting scene for your swamp frog Elena!
Yes! We’ve shrouded the swamp frog in a little mystery!:)
Two stories whispered softly under the sparkling night sky.
The more I look at it, the more I feel I become part of the spell and of the mystery and charm of this magical scene.
I’m so glad Marcelo. Thanks so much for saying:)
That is awesome! I still see the stage! This time Ms ballerina rabbit has finished her show and like you say, chatting with a fellow dancer as the audience applaud and cheer at the other performers!
Another great take Shree!
I think they are up to something … looks like a plot being hatched!
Entirely possible Anna;)!
Very cool!
Thanks Kevin!
An enchanting image Elena. 🙂
Thank you:)
love it!
Thanks!
I love it that they escaped from their own paintings into this one. Magical!
Yes! A great adventurous escape:)
I feel the weirdness and sense a story.
🙂 A couple of stories…;)
Aren’t they so sweet together!
Thanks Patti:)
I would love to hear the story. Brilliant painting, Elena!
🙂
Happy Monday, my dear!
Happy Monday to you as well Marina! And thank you:)
Wonderful paintings, dear Elena! Oh, a moonlit romantic rendezvous! I love it!
Thanks for sharing. I hope you have a wonderful day. Big hugs, much love, Stefania! 🙂
Thanks Stefania. As always I wish you a wonderful day as well:)
Your color usage is amazing. Love this piece!:)
Many thanks Andrea!
it makes one smile instantly!
Thanks so much!
Marvelously magical! It’s like they’ve stepped into the forest just away from the party beyond to discuss something important (or possibly gossip)! The frog maiden seems to be very invested in getting her point across, and the bunny maiden seems a bit haughty. Those orange lines for highlights and details are really cool!
Thanks Cindy! I like your characterizations. They could fit well in a narrative.
Love the vibrant colors! Great color combo with the reds and blues. Very nice.
Thanks much Jess:)
Beautiful 🙂
Thank you Allyson Marie!
The world of ‘What if … ?’ is a wonderful place to visit. I can quite see these characters in my underwater ‘grotto’.
I’d love a window into that grotto Louis:)
Wild stuff. Write down their conversation!!
You’d do it so much better Carol!
It might just be me, but that looks like a deal is going down 🙂
🙂 Now that you mention it…;)
Those enchanted creatures, always up to mischief!
Good (and fun) idea to reuse old characters 🙂
It’s the children’s book illustrator in me:) Thanks Nuno.
This is one of those WOW pieces !!
Thank you!
It seems an in-between world, on the edge of anticipation. It looks warm and frosty at the same time – a place where anything could happen.
Completely magical and intoxicating.
Thanks so very much Karen. That’s what I was after.
Elena!
I’m in love with this.
Any way I could talk to you about purchase?
Certainly. I will load it to Blue Canvas for a print ASAP. Thank you and thanks for asking!
It’s perfect
What a charming drawing Elena !
Thank you Yoshi:)
