As french, my english vocabulary is limited. So, I just would like to say that your work is beautiful. A little paint, a little water, and a lot of talent. Great work !
I said I’d try to comment more so here I am!
The first word that popped into my head when I saw the first horse was “explosive” but I didn’t say anything because Sophy already beat me to it. I love it. I also like the second sketch because, even though it uses more economical strokes, you’ve still managed to capture the tension (I’m sure there’s a better word but I can’t think of it at the moment) in the horse and rider.
I really liked the first one…it’s like the horse is galloping away as the crowds run after it. It’s running for it’s life…the blood of it’s ancestors are crying out for it to safe it’s life!!
Like others, the first one is my favorite! When I scrolled down and saw this I immediately thought of the horses on Chincoteague Island in the Chesapeake Bay area when they make their annual trek across the water! LOVE!
I love horses! These are two sketches are beautiful.
I would like to create them in oil on canvas!
Have a wonderful day, dear Elena. Hugs, Stefania 🙂
