This powerful sparrow hawk is on the look out for prey in my yard.  He stalks with such predatory mastery, that he sends chills up my spine.

  6. So beautiful Elena. We’ve had a few in our yard over the last couple of months – I took several photographs and came out blurry. These shots are wonderful.

        Awww… that moves me 🙂 I have a bird heart with a huge need to fly, spiritually and philosphical…

        I don’t eat meat for a long time now. My digestive system could never handle it but I needed to make the experience. Now I’m even vegan because my body told me to leave aside the other stuff too.
        It was such an incredible release, I feel so clean 🙂
