Seems like she missed or longed for something—and still thinking about it! 🙂
Could very well be! 🙂
Beautiful!
Thank you, Kelly!
Thank you!
Your so welcome!
Fantastic! Your colors choices are terrific!~Rita
Many thanks, Rita!
I’m awestruck! You must be descended of the Dutch Masters or Da Vinci… or?
Ah, if only:) Thanks, Resa
By now, my dear Elena, you’re way passed painting with skill, you paint with the heart. So beautiful… 🙂
Still so much more skill to acquire, but I very much appreciate the sentiment. Thank you, Marina:)
Sooner or later, we realize that in our daily struggle to life, the road is not always smooth, nor has it ever been promised to be so.
True. Never promised.
These are both so brilliant, Elena. Love the way the backgrounds enhance the psychological depth.
A wonderful insight, Richard. Thank you.
Waiting for bad news ? .. I hope not.
One never knows;)
I am really touched by your pictures.
So kind of you. Thank you:)
I particularly like Waiting. The composition encourages my imagination and participation as a viewer.
Many thanks, Louis
Beautiful Elena!
Thank you, Adrian!
Ohh Elena ❤ xXx
Thank you, Jane:)
Now, this pair I love, particularly the top one. You have the girl leaning slightly into the wind that is whipping her hair and the vegetation behind her. Her arms are folder against the slight chill, and her eyes narrowed. Brilliantly expressive.
Many appreciative thanks, Marie
Engaging and thought provoking…
Thank you.
Wow! Gorgeous work, Elena.
Thanks so much!
I received so much pleasure from these pieces. The delicacy of the light on the young lady’s eyelashes almost makes me cry. Life, you know? In all its beauty.
Thanks so much, Susan. You always know just how to say just the right thing:)
Absolutely amazing. I can feel that weather!
Thank you, Cindy!
Stunning, love it!
Thanks so much!
Absolutely love this!
Thank you, Donna!
Breathtaking. 🙂
Many thanks, Rebecca:)
You have captured “waiting” in a very powerful way! the first one seems to capture the expectation and the second one the slight anxiety we often feel when waiting. Beautiful, both of them!
Thanks so much, Tiny!
we may see how she feels, but not what she feels
True.
a beautiful addition to a growing display of quality talent
Much appreciated, Eddie.
Wow…..that red hair set against the complementary yellow – green, beachy foliage – the greys in front and behind – the wind whipping everything. Wonderful colors. I can feel the air. Bella.
Oh, I am so pleased. Thank you:)
Wonderful. I don’t think I’ve seen a full figure one before
They slip in now and then;) Thanks, Derrick.
Excellent.
Thank you, Rabirius.
Waiting is difficult…at least I think so.
The expression in the 2nd painting reflects that feeling!
It sure can be. Thanks, Mary!
Once again, amazing expression. If you ever want to write a blog post on how you do this–just let me know!!
I’ll be in touch:)
